- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme

Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Pat the chicken dry with paper towels. This helps to achieve crispy skin.
- Season the Chicken: In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture all over the chicken, including inside the cavity.
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (180°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Cook the Chicken: Place the seasoned chicken in the air fryer basket, breast side down. Cook for 30 minutes.
- Flip and Finish Cooking: Carefully flip the chicken over and cook for an additional 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the skin is golden brown.
- Rest and Serve: Let the chicken rest for 10-15 minutes before carving. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with lemon wedges.
