  • 1 cup cooked chicken (shredded)
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup ranch dressing (plus extra for drizzling)
  • ½ cup diced celery
  • ½ cup diced red onion
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Mix Chicken and Sauce: In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, mixing well to coat.
  • Assemble Flatbreads: Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet. Spread a layer of ranch dressing on each flatbread, then top with the buffalo chicken mixture.
  • Add Cheese and Veggies: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top. Add diced celery and red onion for extra crunch.
  • Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
