Ingredients
Scale
- 10 cups popped popcorn (about 1/2 cup unpopped kernels)
- 1 cup candy corn
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup M&M’s (Halloween-themed if available)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for thinning chocolate)
- Sprinkles (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Pop the Popcorn: Use an air popper or stovetop method to pop the popcorn. Spread it on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. If using, stir in the coconut oil to thin the chocolate.
- Combine Peanut Butter and Chocolate: Mix the peanut butter into the melted white chocolate until well combined.
- Coat the Popcorn: Drizzle the white chocolate-peanut butter mixture over the popcorn. Toss gently to coat evenly.
- Add Candy Corn and M&M’s: Fold in the candy corn and M&M’s, mixing to ensure they are evenly distributed throughout the popcorn.
- Sprinkle and Set: If desired, add sprinkles on top while the mixture is still warm. Let it cool and set completely.
- Serve: Once set, break the popcorn into clusters and serve in festive bowls or bags.
