Ingredients
Scale
- 1 can (11 oz) refrigerated pizza dough (or breadstick dough)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Dough: Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface. Cut the dough into strips about 1/2 inch wide and 6 inches long.
- Shape the Bones: For each breadstick, create a bone shape by rolling two smaller balls of dough for the ends and one longer piece for the middle. Press the ends to flatten slightly and secure them to the middle piece. Repeat with remaining strips.
- Add Cheese and Seasoning: Place the shaped bones on the prepared baking sheet. Brush them with olive oil, then sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the breadsticks are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
