Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of Za’atar, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until the mixture is well-combined. This marinade will coat the chicken, infusing it with the distinctive flavors of the Za’atar spice blend.

Step 3: Coat the Chicken
