- 1 package (25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil or parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Layer Ingredients: Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the baking dish. Arrange half of the frozen ravioli over the sauce.
- Add Cheeses: In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spoon half of this mixture over the ravioli, followed by a layer of mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat Layers: Add another layer of marinara sauce, the remaining ravioli, the rest of the ricotta mixture, and top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
- Bake: Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish and Serve: Let the casserole cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving.
