  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup taco seasoning
  • 1 can (15 oz) refried beans
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Tortilla chips, for serving
  • Optional: candy corn or other spooky decorations

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  • Add taco seasoning and mix well until fully incorporated.
  • In a serving dish, spread the refried beans as the first layer.
  • Next, layer the cream cheese mixture over the beans.
  • Pour salsa on top, followed by a layer of shredded cheese.
  • Decorate with sliced black olives and chopped green onions.
  • For a spooky touch, place candy corn around the edges or on top.
