Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare the Sweet Potatoes: On a baking sheet, arrange the sweet potato slices in a single layer. Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  • Roast: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the sweet potatoes are tender and slightly crispy on the edges.
